Advanced Directives
No one likes to think about death, let alone plan for it.  In many families, discussing one's mortality is an extremely uncomfortable topic.

However, every year, millions of Americans arrange their funerals in advance.  They explore their options for a ceremony, they discuss costs, and they set up a plan with the professionals in their community to ensure they will have the funeral they choose.

By pre-planning your funeral, you relieve your family of having to make important financial decisions during a period of great stress and grief.  At the Allen J. Harden Funeral Home we offer two plans to meet your needs.

Pre-Plan
This choice offers you the ability to open a file with us in which your personal preferences are recorded for future use.  Enabling you to make your wishes known to your family and friends.  There is no obligation to purchase merchandise or services from us, only peace of mind knowing that your wishes are written down and on file.

Pre-Paid
This option allows you to select and prepay for your services when you are not under the emotional stress and grief associated with the event of death.  By selecting prepayment, this option allows you to lock in or freeze the majority of your funeral cost.  Thus eliminating the escalating cost of the funeral. We also offer several flexible payment plans.  Your money will be placed in a separate trust or insurance policy that is regulated and protected by the Florida Department of Banking and Finance.

Monthly payments
You may have a limited income...monthly payments will allow you to pay over time and still get all the advantages of prearranging with no finance charges.

If you have already purchased a plan from another funeral home and wish to have your plan transferred to our home, you may do so at no cost to you.  We honor ALL pre need no matter which funeral home actually wrote the plan!  Call us for details.
